He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bell and Cleopatra "Cleo" Barron Bell. He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Bland, Janice Payne, Barbie Sinagoga, Stephanie Griffin, Mandy Eaton, Vicky Lewis and Kristina Ballard; and his sister Patricia Adolph. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
