With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jewel E. Jacobs of Starkville, Mississippi, born in Pendleton, Indiana, who passed away on October 19, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Jacobs; her parents, Elmer Davidson and Inez Davidson; and her sister Dorris Jarvis. She is survived by: her sister Laura Belle Hudson of Indianapolis, IN; her children, Cindy Walker (Tom) of Starkville, MS, Tim Shearer (Kathy) of Miramar Beach, FL and Patty Gloth (Paul) of Glenwood, MD; and her stepchildren, Cheryl Jacobs of Markdale and Kurt Jacobs of Washington, DC.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a gift in honor of Mom can be made to the Montgomery Gardens Employee Christmas Fund.
