He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Samuel Jobe and Dorothy Evelyn Byard Jobe. He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann Ayers Jobe of Starkville, MS; his daughters, Niki (Ben DeAngelo), Lorie, Haley (Josh Wooten) and Jamie (Cory Lucius); and his grandchildren, Smith, William, Ayers, Vivian, Lyndon, Prather, Mason, Ann Ivy and Camm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in Jerry's memory to the Parkinson's Foundation or the Lewy Body Dementia Association in hopes of someday there will be a cure for these invasive diseases.
