He was predeceased by: his parents, Denny Phillips and Annie Laura Phillips; his sister Jeanine Phillips; and his daughters, Lisa Simmons and Deanna.
He is survived by: his son Mark Phillips (Anita); his grandchildren, Erika Phillips, Zach Phillips (Krista), Kaitlyn Simmons and Jared Simmons (Aleyy); his great grandchildren, Lanie Horn, Jace Phillips, Micah Phillips and Maddie Mae Phillips; and his brother Bill Phillips (Pat). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
