She was predeceased by: her husband Jim V. Haddox; her parents, Mack Lensey Owens, Sr. and Katie Gertrude Kilpatrick Owens; and her siblings, Mack L. Owens, Jr., Rev. Carl R. Owens, Sr. (Jean Owens), Wamul R. Owens (Christine Owens), Nell Owens Foster (Wayne Foster) and Glenda Owens Johnston.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Haddox Ray (Louis Ray) and Lana Haddox Forte (Vincent R. Forte); her siblings-in-law, Dee Owens and David Johnston; her grandchildren, William L. Ray (Madeline), Caroline Ray Slaughter (Jake), Michael V. Forte (Kallie Davis) and James A. Forte; and her great grandchild Catharine F. Ray.
