Evans (Janice) of Starkville, MS; his siblings, Tracy Watt, Cathy Jean Cannon, Cathy Jean Rice (Harvey), Pauline Kemp of Indiana, Clyde Kemp of Starkville, MS, John Kemp (Brenda) of Starkville, MS and Larry Kemp of Eupora, MS; and his granddaughters, April Denise Kemp of Starkville, MS and Ashley Nicole Kemp of Tupelo, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
