She was predeceased by: her parents, Woody Metts and Sue Metts. She is survived by: her husband Robert Groves; her sons, Richard Groves (Courtney) of Lexington, Stephen Groves (Alena) of Starkville and Brian Groves of Starkville; her grandchildren, Morgan, Arya, Jazmin and Justice; her sister Debra Lipe (Metts) of Starkville; and her children, David, Kathy and Kim.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that she is honored with donations to the Oktibbeha County Humane Society.
