She was predeceased by: her husband Robert E. Sawyer; her daughter Lynda Young; and her parents, Kenneth Aldrich and Almeta Aldrich. She is also survived by family, she is survived by five sisters and two brothers, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home (290 Goodman Rd E, Southaven, MS 38671).
