He is survived by: his children, Phil Shayne Maness (Stephany), Hunter Lee Maness, Tabatha Fondren (Robert) and Ethan Maness (Brittney); his grandchildren, Elaina Chandler, Robert Fondren, Jr. and Augustus Maness; his brother Keith Maness (Ronda); his nieces, Amy Durham (Aaron), Ashley Stewart (Christian) and Ally Maness; his siblings, George Curry, Timothy Curry, Thomas Curry (Stephanie) and Crystal Curry; and his nephew Matthew Maness.

A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home (290 Goodman Rd E, Southaven, MS 38671).
