She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Chain and Letha Chain; her children, Gail Sears (Chris), William Blanton (Sherry) and Sherry Hughes (Tom); her grandchildren, Courtney Reynolds (Jeremy), Elizabeth Jolly (Philip), Brandon Blanton (Lyndsi), Joseph Sears (April), Jared Blanton, Tommy Hughes (Cori), Haley Hughes, Natalie Campbell (Topher) and Chelsea Harrison (Ben); her great grandchildren, Peyton Reynolds, Aubrie Blanton, Kai Jolly, Neri Jolly, Philip Jolly III, Easton Blanton, Diem Sears, Addison Lopez, Kayce Cabello, Lydia Harrison, Zarek Harbin and Huxen Hughes; her husband Ellis O. Blanton; her sisters, Rose Roberts and Minnie Livingston; her son Olen Blanton; and her grandsons, Matthew Blanton, Brad Blanton and Ellis Hughes.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Central Church (7100 Getwell Rd, Southaven, MS 38672). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
