She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Edward Milam Sr.; her parents, Willie Butler and Ruth Butler; and her brothers, William, Thomas and Raymond Butler.

She is survived by: her sons, Paul Milam Jr. (Angie) and Martin E. Milam (Heidi); her granddaughter Katelyn Nicole Bain (Curtis); her great grandchildren, Justin Wayne Bain and Westin Levee Bain; and her brothers, Richard and Gene Butler.
