She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dewey Chunn and Larlie Adair Chunn; her husband James Wesley Riggs; her children, Kenneth Riggs, Margaret Craig and Judy Fleming; and her siblings, C. W. Chunn, Eutoyse Gregory and Charlotte Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Welsh, Teresa Watson (Rusty), Jim, Gary and Ray Riggs; and her grandchildren, Eddie Fleming, Thomas Bagby, Jason, Kris, Scotty, Nickolas Roberts, Leslie Miller, James, Holly Riggs, Rebecca Garcia and Chris Millican. She is also survived by her 24 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Ebenezer Methodist Church Cemetery (1063 Co Rd 3, Hickory Flat, MS 38633).
