He is survived by: his significant other Brenda Carter; his children, Robin Frazier (Bob), Rhea Roberson (Regina), Charles Carter, Renee Monteith (Frankie) and Courtney Wynn (Bryan); his grandchildren, Robee Frazier (Amanda), Jennifer Reaume (Mike), Zach Frazier, Rusty Carter (Shelby), Kelsey Bishop (Jovanni Ri) and Jax Wynn; his great grandchildren, Raine, Boe, Halle, Dallas, Remington, Kaleb, Everly, Oliver, Grace, Claire, Kylan, Lily Kaye and Carter; and his nephew Lynn. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Carter Memorial Chapel at Twin Oaks Funeral Home (290 Goodman Rd E, Southaven, MS 38671). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Forest Hill Home & Memorial Park - Midtown (1661 Elvis Presley Blvd, Memphis, TN 38106).
