He is survived by: his mother Georgann Phillips of Southaven, MS; his daughter Kassidy Phillips of Southaven, MS; his aunts, Lisa Strawn, Barbara Campbell and Debrah Wagner; his niece Nicole Barmer; and his nephew Justin Low.
