He is survived by: his wife Leslie Holmes; his children, Donny Holmes and Valorie Holmes; his stepson Sean Lubin; and his grandchildren, Caleb Bowen, Kenny Holmes, Courtney Holmes, Amanda Hogg, Seth Bush, Emily Dooley, Quest Lubin, Baye Lubin and Schuyler McCartney.
