He is survived by: his sister Cherie Ellzey Cloud; his aunts, Jean Finney (Charles), Gail Ellzey, Jeanette Ellzey and Shelia Ellzey; his cousins, Sonny Ellzey (Gwen), Shannon Faler, Fred Smith (Rhonda), Donny Smith, Terry Smith, Jeannie Smith, Fred Ellzey (Brandy), Lindin Ellzey (Jessica), Sammy Ellzey, Tanya Stewart, Tara Stewart, Tammy Senoir (Harold) and Tasha Ainsworth (Michael); and his friend Ronnie Parker.
