He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria D. Holifield Broadway; his former wife Betty M. Jefcoat Broadway; his parents, Robert Terry Broadway and Velma Caroline Matthews Broadway; and his siblings, Jerry Broadway, Joe Broadway, Charles Broadway, Elsie Ishee and Annie May Broadway.
He is survived by: his sons, John Steven Broadway (Lisa) and Don Wayne Broadway (Melanie); and his stepchildren, Tommy Dalton Lawrence (Deidra), Keith Wayne Ainsworth, Sonya Gwin Dunn, Myra Gail Skinner (Alan), Patricia Dawn Wiggington and Gloria Joan Barker. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel Saturday (4593 Indian Springs Rd, Laurel, MS 39443). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
