He is survived by: his wife Holly Minter of Soso; his children, David Joseph Minter, Jr. of Hattiesburg, Shawn Reed Minter of Thomasville, AL, Timothy Brian Minter and Samantha Joan Ulmer of Hattiesburg; and his siblings, Raymond Minter, Jeff Minter, Jackie Yaggi and Nancy Boleware. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and four step-grandchildren.
