He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Sims Russell; his sons, Gary Russell (Renee) and Larry Russell (Rosie); his grandchildren, Jennifer Wood (James), Erica Stroo (John) and Caleb Bush; his great grandchildren, Madison Wood and Cali Stroo; and his siblings, Johnny Russell (Caroline), Donnie Russell and Nell Stephenson.
