It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Turner of Soso, Mississippi, who passed away on May 28, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Harrison and Callie Dickens Turner; and his siblings, Willis Turner, Alvin Turner, Rual Turner, Thomas Turner, James Turner, Celeste Shoemake and Dorothy Smith.

He is survived by: his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Ann Turner; his daughter Patricia; his son-in-law Gerald Phillips; his grandchildren, Anthony Turner, Jonathon Turner (Amanda), Callie Flowers (Chad) and Kelsie Kelly (Michael); his great grandchildren, Bryce, Blayne Turner, Axton, Ainsley Turner, Claire, Collin Flowers, Grey and Blair Kelly; and his siblings, Vernice Craft, Vastie Robertson and Latrell Turner.
