He is survived by: his children, David Strange (Gina), Vicki Matthews (Darrell), Cynthia Small (Randy) and Kristi Acosta; his grandchildren, Derek Matthews (Lauren), Morgan Sandifer (Jared), Trenton Strange (Channing), Megan Savatgy (Joey), Brandy Jones (Grafton), Brandon Avants (Chantelle), Halli Byrd (Patrick) and Landon Acosta; his aunt Adine; his uncle William Taylor; his sisters, Retta Maxey and Annette Strange; his nephews, Mitchell Maxey and Larry Hill (Chad Broussard); and his caregivers, Edna, Megaly, Sara (Life Enrichment Mgr), Shay, Dixie and Ashlei. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
