He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Hill and Maude Hill of Soso; his wife Anita Faye Hill; his siblings, Rubena Jefcoat and Hazel Murray; his son-in-law Tommy Dertinger; and his great grandchild Adley Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Faye Dertinger of Soso, Lecia Hill of Soso and Sonya James of Soso; his grandchildren, Melissa Grace (Bandy) of Carson, MS, Kelby Johnson (Jessie) of Ecru, MS and Ashley Bryant (Keith) of Star, MS; his great grandchildren, Reagan, Ridge Grace, Adin, Andrew, Aubrey, Auden Johnson, Annalea and Hayden Bryant; and also Dekala Davis. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
