He was predeceased by: his father Charley Wonsey; and his brothers, Harry Dale Wonsey and Lee Roy Wonsey. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Case Wonsey; his mother Clara Mae Wonsey; and his children, Jimmy R. Wonsey of Florida, John King (Angela) of Monticello, MS, Trenity Tokar (Thomas), Patrice Boring (Lucas) of Tucson, AZ and Tabatha Dozier (Shane) of Mississippi.
