He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Mahaffey and Willie Bea Daughdrill Mahaffey; and his brother Billy Mahaffey (Sherry). He is survived by: his wife Fay Mahaffey of Sontag; his children, Mandy Lou Mahaffey and Andy Mahaffey (Abbey) of Sontag; his niece Angela Clark; his nephew Stacey Mahaffey; and his grandchildren, Dawson and Anna Grace Mahaffey.
