She was predeceased by: her parents, Claves Grimes and Inez Brazel Grimes; her husband Robert Frederick; her brothers, Arvel and Lawrence Grimes; and her great grandchild Jerry Archer Robinson.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Benton (Donna), Allen Benton, Robin Frederick (Tammy) and Christy Robinson (Joel); her brother Thomas Grimes (Linda); and her grandchildren, Bruce Benton, Jenni Vaughn, Shannon Lucius, Christina Sawyer, Kaitlyn Goodman, Elizabeth Emery, Tiffany Little, Alexis Robinson, Chasidy Fields, Benjamin Benton, Ethan Frederick, Brianna Johnson, Heather Hewitt, Stephanie Robinson and Cameron Robinson. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
