Carter, Jr. of Overland Park, KS; her grandchildren, Tiffaney Thomas of Gillett, Travis Thomas (Trisha) of Wyson, PA, Hannah Billings (Andrew) of Overland Park, KS, Emily Carter, Naomi Carter of Overland Park, KS and Megan Thomas; her great grandchildren, Haileigh Thomas, Gabriella Sayman of Gillett, PA, Ronan Thomas of Wyson, PA and Her; and her siblings, Almeda Carter of Mantachie, Daniel Clouse (Faye) of Nettleton, MS and Pamela Armstrong of Nettleton, MS. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
