She was predeceased by: her parents, John Preston Wilkerson and Vera Dee Barron Wilkerson; her husband Henry VanNorman; her daughter Vera Denise "Dee" VanNorman; her siblings, Annie Wilkerson, John Edgar Wilkerson, Vernon Wilkerson and Grady Lee Wilkerson, Sr.; her nephew Grady Lee Wilkerson, Jr.; and her niece Lila Susan Kelly.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angie Dunaway (Ricky), April Coley (Neal Edmonds) and Kristi Moak (Brad); her niece Stacy Wilkerson Barth (Gordon); her sister-in-law Donna Wilkerson; and her close friend Kay Walters Blalock. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
