He is survived by: his daughters, Daree (Allen) of Summit and Wanda Lewis of Lake Havasu, AZ; his grandchildren, Brittni Bossier, Jeffrey of Kansas, Evan Lang and Dean Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Bella, Breanna, Dawson Richard, Casey, Elise Lang, Tyler and Gavin Lewis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
