With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leon Williams of Smithdale, Mississippi, who passed away on January 26, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Leon farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Leon is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leon Moest Williams, Sr. and Amanda Cain Williams.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Collins Grove Baptist Church (2073 Johnston Station Rd, Summit, MS 39666). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
