He is survived by: his wife Helga Prosi Wheat; his children, Alan Wheat (Wendy) of Smithdale, Kevin Wheat of Smithdale and Sharon Andrepont (Rocky) of Clinton, LA; his brother Doyle Wheat (DaveAnn) of Laurel, MS; and his daughter-in-law Paula Wheat of Zachary, LA.
