She was predeceased by: her parents, Tannie Wells and Eula Avant Wells; her siblings, Carl Leroy Wells and Louise Wells; and her half-siblings, Juanita Andrews, Myrtle Morgan, Margaret LeRay, Elizabeth Tuminello, Geneva Brumfield, W. T. Wells and James N. Wells. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
