He was predeceased by: his parents, George Spring of Washington and Gertrude Nunnery Spring; and his brothers, Wayne Spring, Ralph Spring and Warren Spring.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Spring (Amy) and Julie Spring Piper (Shawn); his siblings, Eddie Spring (Pat) and Frances Spring Berch; and his grandchildren, Brett Spring (Katie), Brady Spring and Taylor Belle Piper. He is also survived by friends and family and countless cousins.
