He was predeceased by: his parents, Olivia Estella Stephens Daughdrill and Willliam Hezekiah "Hezzie"; the mother of his children Janice L. Daughdrill; and his sister Vermell Mahaffey. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Acy Daughdrill of Silver Creek; his daughters, Melissa Fortenberry (Ernie) of Silver Creek and Tina Turner (Darrell) of Silver Creek; and his grandchildren, Eric Fortenberry (Dedra), Brittany Jones (Ben), Cody Turner (Hailey) and Cade Turner (Kala). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
