She is survived by: her children, Tisha Newsom (Melvin) of New Hebron and Jimmy Cody (Amanda) of Hattiesburg; her brother Kelly Dampeer (Linda) of Roanoke, VA; her aunt Paulette Foster of Silver Creek; and her granddaughter Sophie Newsom.
