He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Ware Turner, Sr. and Maurine Turner Barrett; and his brothers, Joe Ware Turner, Jr. and William Frank Turner (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Trena Lloyd Turner; his grandson Jon Holden; his sons, Laman Turner (Chris Ann) and Jon Turner (Charla); his grandchildren, Blake Turner, Gracie Turner, Briar Turner, Jon Holden Turner and Jake Turner; and his brother Robert Duke Turner (Bob).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
