It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tony Ray Denton of Sidon, Mississippi, born in Greenwood, Mississippi, who passed away on May 11, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Willie Ray Denton; his wife Tammy Burden Denton; his daughter Elizabeth Denton; his grandparents, J. C. Huggins, Sam and Lois Denton; and his mother Bonnie Denton McCool.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kim Littleton (Derin) of Carrollton, MS, Gay Denton Boshers of Greenwood, MS and James Denton of Greenwood, MS; his grandmother Charlotte Huggins of Greenwood, MS; and his stepfather Johnny McCool. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
