He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson Lindsey, Jr. and Iva Lee Mann Lindsey. He is survived by: his wife Mary Joyce Lindsey of Sidon, MS; his children, John W. Lindsey, Jr. (Cheryl) of Sidon, MS, Joseph M. Lindsey of Yuma, AZ and Susan Elizabeth Lindsey Ford (Ralph) of Licking, MO; his siblings, Tommy Lindsey (Barbara) of Sidon, MS and Lynette Wier of Greenwood, MS; and his grandchildren, Falon Harris (Tate), Lake Lindsey (Nicole), Hope Lindsey Wilson (Jeff), Joseph Walton Lindsey, Jacob (Taylor) and Wallace Pierce Ford. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
