She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Richmond Watkins and Carrie Luke Watkins; her husband James Lindley (Jimmy); her great grandchild Sophie Ann Weathers; and her siblings, Elsie Moore, B. B. Adams, Martha Shepherd, Luke Watkins, Rufus Watkins, Paul Watkins, Charlie Watkins, Haynes Watkins and Bobby Watkins.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Lindley Knight (Ivy) of Columbus, MS and Clyde Lindley (Dee) of Caledonia, MS; her granddaughters, Ginny Leonard (Wade) of Columbus, Aimee Weathers (Carlton) of Anniston, AL and Nicole Gutierrez (Mario) of Columbus, MS.; and her brother James "Sugar Pie" Watkins of Metairie, Louisiana..
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Cockrell Funeral Home Chapel (3478 Jefferson St, Macon, MS 39341). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
