He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Hill and Penny B. Hill; his son Howard Earl Hill; and his siblings, Alonzo Hill Jr., Joe Lee Hill, Nelson Hill, Walter Hill, James Hill, Sylvia Lee Hill, Sarah Hill Catlett, Leslie Hill, Ethel Hill Black, Josie Hill and Jane Alice Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Elnoria Hill of Shuqualak, MS; and his children, Curtis Little (Lillie Little) of Shuqualak, MS, Charles Hill Jr. (Elnoria Hill) of Shuqualak, MS, Kenny J. Hill of Shuqualak, MS, Harvey L. Hill of Shuqualak, MS, Jimmy Hill of Shuqualak, MS, Brenda L. Hill of Shuqualak, MS and Helen Hill Simpson of Shuqualak, MS. He is also survived by eighteen grand- children; as well as a host of great grandkids, nieces, nephews.
