She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Vandevender and Onie Patterson Vandevender; and her husband Tilton Clark. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Marjorie, Willie "Bud", Bill and Joe; and her siblings, Earnestine Lee of Preston, MS, Rufus "Punk" Vandevender and Elvis Vandevender of Preston, MS.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren.
