He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Covington and Laura Covington (Ward); his wife Miriam L. Covington; and his great grandchild Joshua Hicks. He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Hicks (Bobby), Tom Covington (Kaye) and Frank Covington (Vonnie); his grandchildren, Robert Hicks (Ashley), Jason Hicks (Brittany), Shawn Covington and Sarah Covington; and his great grandchildren, Adyson Hicks, Maeley Hicks, Gracie Hicks and Kaden Hicks.
