He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ford Hollis. He is survived by: his parents, Lance Hollis and Elizabeth Ann "Beth" Turner; his brothers, Jakob Hollis of Sherman and Landon Smith of Louisiana; and his grandparents, Wayne, Peggy Turner of Sherman and Virginia Hollis of Birmingham Ridge. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.
