He is survived by: his wife Sue Pugh (Ward); his daughters, Lana Coker (Roger), Tina Ward-Pugh (Laura Ryan) of Louisville, KY and Dana Coker; his grandchildren, April Mitchell (Brad), Dale Coker (Brittney) and Tori Self (Robbie); his great grandchildren, Riley, Karson, Allie Mitchell, Haisley, Evie, Axton Coker, Cadence Hill, Chloie Hill, Preston Coker Walls, Ethan, Easton and Ean Self; and his niece Jill.
