She is survived by: her husband Bob Mitchell of Sherman; her children, Leigha Renee Bennett of Englewood, Tennessee, Stephan Ryan Keiper of California and David Christopher Mitchell of Memphis; her siblings, Rowland Marie Pinotti, Carl Edward Penny, Lawrence McNeal Penny, Nicole Lee Penny and Tracey Penny; her mother-in-law Dixie G. Mitchell; and her sister-in-law Martha Ann Swindle (Jeremy). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
