He is survived by: his mother Sherry Kelly Hicks of Sherman; his children, Courtney Hicks (Corey Whaley) of Dorsey, Emily Hicks (Sam Tate) of Caledonia, Haley Hicks Thorn (Michael) of Eggville, Wesley and Ansley Hicks of Sherman; his sisters, Monica Estes (Len) of Mooreville and Michelle Elmore of Tupelo; his half-siblings, Kirk Swan of Waco, TX, Ped Hicks of Saltillo and Brittney Underwood of Belmont; his grandchildren, Braxton, Carter Whaley and Cohen Tate; his nephew Shannon Estes; and his niece Kylie Estes Forrester.
