He is survived by: his friend Bocce; his children, Paula Edgerley (Jerry) of Hernando, MS, Peter Malatesta of Shelby, MS and Tommy Malatesta (Renee) of Shelby, MS; and his grandchildren, William, Benjamin Malatesta, John, Jason Pope and Kyle Edgerley.
