He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Tarsi and Edith Tarsi; and his siblings, Frank Tarsi and Dorothy Lee Morris. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Tarsi; his children, Harry Tarsi (Kim) and Paula Skelton (Lyle); and his grandchildren, Joel Skelton, Anna Kate Tarsi, Rivers Tarsi, Cassie Skelton and Megan Skelton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
