She is survived by: her children, Shelia Neumann (Scott), Lisa Collins and Stacy Stephen Purser; her siblings, Paul Stephens Jr., Carolyn Tanner and Janelle Webb; her granddaughter Hannah Collins; and her great grandchild Kingston Collins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
