He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron Collins and Louise Collins; and his parents-in-law, Lavada and Willie Tackett. He is survived by: his wife Suzy Tackett Collins of Pontocola; and his brother Huey Collins (Linda) of Old Union. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
