He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosie L. Johnson and Cleodis McMorris, Jr.; and his sister Sharon Bogan. He is survived by: his wife Juanita W. Johnson; his sons, Aric L. Johnson and Derrick L. Johnson (Latoya) of Potts Camp, MS.; his grandchildren, Jaderious Johnson, Dedrick Johnson, Ashanti Turnage, Janya Turnage, Ja-Mrie Turnage, Laken Johnson, Derrion Johnson, Daylan Johnson, Terrance and Aliya; his sisters, Rosalin D. Johnson, Ramona L. Johnson-Medearis (Chris) and Erica Berry; his aunt Eula Johnson; his uncle Thomas "Sonnie" Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Davis (Willie), Evie Betts, Brenda Page (Ronald), Vanessa Brooks, Ben Davis (Cynthia), Jerry Hunt, Danny Brooks, Patrick Harris and Jimmy D. Brooks. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
